MedPulse Caribbean is the official eLearning platform of the Association of General Practitioners of Jamaica (AGPJ), developed in collaboration with the Caribbean College of Family Physicians Jamaica Chapter (CCFP-JC) to support the continuing professional development of physicians and healthcare professionals across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region.
As a joint initiative, MedPulse Caribbean reflects a shared commitment to advancing primary care excellence, strengthening clinical competence, and promoting lifelong learning in alignment with national and international Continuing Medical Education (CME) standards.
The MedPulse Caribbean curriculum is built from the rich portfolio of CME seminars, webinars, and conferences hosted by AGPJ and CCFP-JC throughout the year, in collaboration with distinguished local, regional, and international faculty. This platform allows members and subscribers to access high-quality educational content, including recorded CME sessions, expert lectures, clinical updates, and evidence-based practice guidance. Physicians who are unable to attend live CME events can conveniently access missed sessions on demand, ensuring continuous access to relevant, practical, and up-to-date medical education.
MedPulse Caribbean is a fully automated, user-centered platform designed to provide seamless access to educational resources. To utilize the platform, users are required to create individual accounts and subscribe to the service, enabling personalized learning, progress tracking, and access to current and future educational offerings. Through MedPulse Caribbean, AGPJ, and CCFP-JC aim to empower healthcare professionals to remain current, competent, and confident in delivering high-quality patient care across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
