General Policy

Course and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors preventing access
  • Course cancellation by AGPJ


Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to complete courses
  • Change of mind
  • Partial course participation


AGPJ reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
